Refresh and Personalise What You Already Have
A refresh is ideal if
- You like the basic layout but the doors, colours or worktops feel tired
- You’d rather avoid the mess and disruption of a total rip-out
- You want to reduce unnecessary waste by keeping what still works
- You’d like the kitchen to feel more “you” without rebuilding the whole room
If that sounds familiar, a thoughtful update can be the calmest way to move forward
What We Can Change
(Without Starting From Scratch)
We focus your budget on the changes that make the biggest difference to how your kitchen looks and feels day to day
Typical refresh projects might include
- New doors and trims – giving cabinets a completely new look
- Fresh colour schemes – professionally spray painting existing doors and panels at our workshop
- Upgraded work surfaces – quartz, granite or wood for a more solid, lasting feel
- New sink and tap – a small change that adds significantly to the transformation
- Extra storage or signature pieces – bespoke cabinets or furniture that match or gently contrast your existing design
Every refresh is different, because every home and homeowner is different
How the Refresh Process Works
A refresh is designed to be structured and as calm as possible
Home visit and ideas
I visit your home, look at your existing kitchen, and listen to what you’d like to change
We talk through options, using real samples in your space, so choices feel clearer
Plan, design and agree the details
I’ll suggest where to focus your budget for the biggest impact
You’ll see designs, finishes and materials before anything is ordered
Careful installation with minimal disruption
Much of the work happens off-site in our workshop
On site, I plan work to keep your kitchen running as much as possible, and can provide temporary services - like a sink - where needed
What It Costs
Every project is different, but it helps to have a starting point
As a rough guide, a typical kitchen refresh project including replacement doors, sink & tap and quartz work surfaces sits in the £15–20,000 bracket
Smaller, lighter-touch refreshes can sit below this, while more extensive projects with extra components and complexities may be higher
We’ll talk openly about budget at the start so there are no surprises
Results You Can Expect
Clients often tell me their refreshed kitchen
- Feels more personal and “settled” without the upheaval of a full replacement
- Is easier to live with day to day, thanks to better storage and details
- Looks like a new kitchen, even though much of the original structure remains
The aim is always the same: a kitchen that feels like it belongs to you, not just the previous owner
